Let $K_{m[n]}$ be the complete multipartite graph with $m$ parts, while each part contains $n$ vertices. The regular embeddings of complete graphs $K_{m[1]}$, see [1,13,23] and complete bipartite graphs $K_{2[n]}$ (see [5,6,14,15,16,17,18,21,19]) have been determined. Based on our former paper \cite{ZD}, this paper gives a complete classification of orientable regular embeddings of graphs $K_{m[n]}$ where $m\ge 3$ and $n\ge 2$.
