We describe a 50 ksec Chandra observation of the nearby irregular galaxy IC 1613. A supernova remnant, present in the large star formation complex in the NE portion of the galaxy, is resolved. We describe the spectrum and image of this source. The large complex is not detected in the X-ray band, placing an upper limit on the bubble luminosity of 1034 erg/sec. We describe the point source luminosity function, after eliminating background sources.
