Results of daily monitoring of Jupiter using the radio spectrograph at the Nancay station are presented. The catalog lists all decameter emissions for 1988-1990. The equipment and observations are described and occurrence diagrams of the observations and emissions are given. Statistical analysis of spectral observations confirms the increase of beamwidth in longitude and of the Jovian declination of the earth with the probability of occurrence. Results are given on the drift of centroids of the sources in longitude and Io phase. These phenomena may be explained on the basis of beaming of the escaping radiation and confirm the hollow cone source model. Results are consistent with previous studies and indicate that the system III rotation period of Jupiter is valid.
