This catalogue contains photometric data for 190 galactic clusters, all
observed in UBV or RGU. The distances of the young clusters (with sp
less than b3) have been calculated or recalculated according to method A
of Becker (1963). The galactic distribution of these clusters confirms
their role of being good spiral tracers.
