779 distinct emission features that have been detected in the main part of M 33 with plates obtained at the cassegrain focus of the 182 cm reflector of the Asiago Observatory are catalogued. Observational material consisted of a two hours red direct plate (103a-E + RG 1) and a 90 minutes 103a-D plate, a 40 minutes image-tube plate of the central part of M 33 obtained through an H alpha interference filter (peak wavelength 6565 a, FWHM 40 A, transmission 65%), and several image-tube plates obtained with a focal reducer through H alpha and adjacent continuum interference filters. The most probable value of the apparent diameter of H II regions in M 33 occurs at about 4.5 arc sec, much smaller than the value of 13 arc sec found by Boulesteix et al., (1974). A list of the 22 known optical supernova remnant candidates in M 33 is also given.
