Scientific paper

The reduction of 43 plates from the Oxford and Paris sections of the Astrographic Catalog resulted in a catalog of 3304 stars for the north galactic pole region with a position error of 0.2 arcsec and a magnitude error in the range of 0.1-0.4 m. The proper motions of 1561 stars were determined with this catalog and with the previous standard catalog for this region, with the difference of the epochs being about 100 years.
