The SMS/GOES synchronous satellites were used to observe the earth's
magnetosphere for information on magnetic pulsations at the earth's
surface and in space in order to provide event by event comparison of
the two. A table of low frequency magnetic oscillations from December,
1977, observed at the SMS/GOES locations is presented.
