A compilation of 724 QSOs with measured absorption spectra is presented, and the objects are classified in terms of the absorption systems of the objects. The selection criteria are identified for both 'reliable' and 'less well-established' absorption systems, and strong absorption systems with multicomponent absorption are identified by the group with a single redshift. The first table corresponds to QSOs with narrow redshift systems, and data is listed for each entry including coordinate designations, emission redshifts, and detailed data regarding the absorption systems. Broad-absorption-line QSOs (BALQSOs) are listed in the second table with similar information for those objects in which only broad absorption features have been identified. Data regarding unreliable absorption systems, redshift distributions, and specific types of emission are also given with the catalog.
