From a comparison between observational and theoretical linear pulsation
periods, a semiregular variable star, VZ Cam, has been found to be quite
similar to a theoretical stellar model that is less massive and shows
chaotic oscillation. There is no reason to believe that VZ Cam is a
member of the Hyades supercluster.
