A JHKK' survey camera based on a 1040 x 1040 PtSi 'Charge Sweep Device'
has been constructed in a joint program of the University of Tokyo, the
National Astronomical Observatory of Japan and the South African
Astronomical Observatory. We describe its design, construction and
initial testing.
