A specialized background subtraction technique has produced a measurement of the total 511 keV positron-annihilation flux from the inner Galaxy with the BATSE LADs: (1.49+/-0.02)×10-3 ph cm-2 s-1. The positronium fraction is found to be (0.91+/-0.02) assuming a power law for the underlying continuum. This result is reproduced consistently in four consecutive yearly data sets. We compare it to other results from wide-field-of-view instruments and discuss future plans for the analysis.
