From an analysis of flux density measurements of Cyg X-3 obtained during
the period December 1991 to May 1992, at 3.6 cm wavelength, we find a
21-hour periodic modulation in its quiescent radio emission. The
modulation has a peak-to-peak amplitude of ~120 mJy.
