This paper presents the second part of the Rhodes 2.3-GHz southern sky survey. The survey area extends from declination -80° to -61° and from right ascension 23h00 to 7h00. This area includes both the Small and the Large Magellanic Clouds. The angular resolution of the telescope was 20 arcmin and the sensitivity of the survey is better than 15 mK. The integrated flux densities for the Large and Small Clouds were measured to be 412 and 31Jy, respectively.
