Technical concepts, development programs and cost estimates are elaborated for an UV telescope facility in Spacelab. The imaging-spectroscopy-photometry telescope, having a lm diameter mirror, though primarily intended for high resolution spectroscopy in the ultraviolet, will also be suitable for other techniques. Different observing instruments can be mounted on it and flown simultaneously. The telescope will be mounted on a three axis stabilized platform.
