A sample of 90 dwarf galaxies taken from the UGC and DDO catalogues has been observed in the continuum at a frequency of 1405 MHz with the NAIC Arecibo 305-m telescope. The authors report on the possible detections of six galaxies (and one planetary nebula). The results suggest that, as far as the radio continuum properties are concerned, dwarf galaxies behave as scaled-down versions of the normal spiral galaxies.
