This talk will present the CELESTE experiment's observational results for the blazar Mrk421 obtained since December 1999. Several flares have been observed during this period. The interpretation of the flux measured during these flaring episodes and of the upper limits obtained during the relatively quiet periods will be discussed, pointing out their correlation with simultaneous measurements for other wavelengths.
