In this paper I concentrate on three issues (i) What is the nature of
the soft X-ray excess, (ii) the status of the detection of gravitative
redshifted soft X-ray lines, and our understanding of the nature of
sharp spectral drops observed in the high-energy spectra of Narrow-Line
Seyfert 1 Galaxies (NLS1).
