A sample of 602 sources from the 5 GHz MIT-Green Bank Survey was observed with the VLA. Radio structures have been classified. Palomar Observatory Sky Survey counterparts were found for 45 percent of the sample, with a magnitude distribution consistent with an upper limit of +0.9 for the radiooptical spectral index of QSOs. About half the sample is unresolved with the VLA. Unresolved sources have an identification rate of 55 percent. Triple and multiple sources have high identification rates of 75 percent-80 percent; in contrast, only 15 percent of the double sources were optically identified. No correlation was found between alpha(365, 4755) and identification rate.
