Observations of a complete sample of 4C and 4CT radio sources in Abell clusters with the Cambridge one-mile telescope are analyzed. The properties of the sources which are definitely associated with the clusters are presented. These include the 408-MHz luminosity function for cluster radio sources, the association between radio sources and Bautz-Morgan class I clusters, and the correlation of radio sources properties such as spectral index and morphological type with the richness and Bautz-Morgan class of the cluster. A comparison is made of the properties of radio sources inside and outside clusters, and the dependence on cluster membership of the probability of a galaxy being a radio source is discussed. The results are summarized and a simple explanatory model is set forth. The data used in the analysis are presented in an appendix.
