The nature of X-shaped radio sources is interesting because of their possible relation to black hole mergers or the processing of binary black holes. In this paper we report the discovery of a new X-shaped radio galaxy with a partially obscured quasar nucleus. We present a detailed study of the radio morphology and the optical image and spectrum from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey. The optical spectrum shows prominent broad Hα emission but very weak Hβ emission. We interpret the large Balmer decrement as due to internal reddening and determine that the intrinsic nucleus luminosity is in the quasar range.
