We describe a three-dimensional numerical code designed for simulations of MHD flows in semidetached binary systems. The code is based on a high resolution Godunov-type finite-difference scheme for MHD equations. We assume that the magnetic field of the accretor has a dipole type, and the magnetic axis is not aligned with the rotation axis of the star. We present some illustrative results of numerical simulations of MHD flows in SS Cyg. We found that even in case of the moderate magnetic field (B=105 G) the flow structure in the vicinity of the accretor was drastically changed and the funnel flows were formed in the system.
