A typical multifrequency outburst of 3C 345 has been revealed from the VLBI calibration data at Effelsberg 100 m radio telescope in last 6 years. Newly emerging superluminal component is expected to appear in high-resolution VLBI image. From this event and the evolution of other superluminal components one can conclude that a joint monitoring program to search or monitor any structural variation in blazars is very helpful and desired in the future.
