381 astrometric positions of minor planets observed at the GPO Cf = 4 m; d = 40 cm) of the European Southern Observatory (ESO), La Silla, Chile, during February/March, 1981 are given. The observations were done by H. Debehogne (Observatoire Royal de Belgique), 0. de Sanctis (Osservatorio Astronomico Di Torino, Italia) and A. Le Van Suu (ESO). The plates were measured on the Ascorecord measuring machine of the Observatório do Valongo. The positions were computed by means of dependences and of least squares, with the computer Burroughs B 6700 of the Núcleo de Computacao Electrônica-NCE (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro). The SAO Star Catalogue was used for positions and proper motions of the comparison (basis) stars at the equinox 1950.0.
