We are proposing to measure the fluxes at ~32 GHz of the radio sources in fields being observed by the upgraded Cosmic Background Imager experiment (CBI2) for both Sunyaev-Zeldovich and primordial CMB power spectrum observations. CBI2 is an interferometer, sited at the Chajnantor Observatory in northern Chile, which is optimised for high brightness-sensitivity observations at 26 -- 36 GHz on angular scales of 8-30 arcmin. These observations are however vulnerable to contamination by radio point sources, which presently have to be removed on the basis of positions (but not fluxes) obtained from low-frequency catalogues, with consequent significant loss of signal-to-noise. The new ATCA 7 mm system provides the opportunity to measure accurate fluxes in the correct band for sources in the CBI2 fields, removing this source of uncertainty and significantly improving the value of these observations. No other facility can provide sufficiently high flux sensitivity in this frequency band, and covering the equatorial/southern fields accessible to CBI2.
