Various papers are presented on a parallax study of four white dwarf members of the Hyades, the trigonometric parallax of the Hyades cluster, multiband photometry of selected areas in a study of galactic structure, and efforts towards a multidimensional stellar classification system. Attention is given to the hierarchical triple system HD 109648, the outer atmospheres of cool, low gravity stars as revealed by HST, the new NASA SKYMAP spacecraft acquistion and tracking catalog, and RR Lyrae period changes. Other topics addressed include Galileo's observations of Neptune, an H-alpha survey of neglected Vyssotsky Catalog stars, atmospheric conditions in yellow and red variables, and the calculation of the angle J between the mean equators at two different epochs.
