We present results of 3-D Monte Carlo simulations for the lunar sodium exosphere. The model includes gravitation fields of Moon, Earth and Sun, multiple sodium-sources, and space environmental conditions. We have made simulations for the morphological variation of the lunar exosphere and its tail. Based on our model analyses, the 3-D image of the sodium exosphere presented by Flynn & Mendillo (1993) was reproduced by using two-component source model (dayside-/isotropic-sources). We will present comparisons between the simulation results and previous observations available in literature, and also present the features of the simulated spectrum of sodium atoms at the anti-lunar point.
