The results of radio observations of 141 optically bright galaxies at 10.69 GHz with the 100-m telescope at Effelsberg are reported of which 68 were detected. Most of the galaxies were selected as having a flux density exceeding 0.2 Jy at either 11 or 21 cm. Total and peak flux density, diameter, and position for the detections, maps for 3 complex sources, and upper limits to the peak flux density for the undetected galaxies are presented.
