90 and 230 GHz flux density measurements are presented for a complete sample of core dominated radio sources. 12 of the 13 sources exhibit flat radio spectra up to 230 GHz and thus are candidate objects for mm-VLBI. Luminosities in the mm-, infrared (R-band), and X-ray regime are comparable. Flux density variability at 90 and 230 GHz has been detected.
