The Two-Micron All Sky Survey has now covered the entire sky and final processing of 24.5 terabytes of observations is underway with the final catalogs and atlas expected to be released of at the end of 2002. In the course of this processing, extracted 2MASS sources are compared with predicted positions more than 63000 asteroids, spanning the detection limits of the survey. This is in addition to comparisons with predicted positions of known comets, planets and planetary satellites. 2MASS has made tens of serendipitous observations of planetary satellites, hundreds of comets, and tens of thousands of asteroids, providing new insights into our understanding of these objects. An update of the survey results will be presented.
