We present evidences of extended line-emission in the quadruple system Q2237+0305. Using 2D spectroscopy obtained with the fiber based system INTEGRAL in subarcsecond seeing conditions, we have derived intensity maps for the continuum and the emission in the CIII]lambda1909 line. The continuum maps show four distinct compact sources which agree in location with the point like sources found in the HST images. In addition to these four compact sources, the CIII]lambda1909 map also shows an arc of extended emission. The morphology of the arc is qualitatively consistent with models accounting for the compact sources. The observed arc can be interpreted as a gravitational lens image of an extended star forming region in the QSO host.
