Strong (greater than 1K) 252-alpha radio recombination lines of hydrogen
and carbon have been detected from the direction of the Galactic Center.
The intensity of the hydrogen 252-alpha line appears to be enhanced by
stimulated emission. An upper limit is put on the intensity of the
317-beta transition for hydrogen.
