An analysis of data from the Yakutsk ASK-1 ionization chamber and the Deep River neutron monitor for 1958-1989 shows a 22-year anisotropy in the 0-12 h direction with amplitudes of 0.136 percent (ASK-1) and 0.097 percent (Deep River). The anisotropy component in the 6-18 h direction has a period of 11 years with maxima in 1959, 1970, and 1981, and with an amplitude of 0.078 percent for both facilities.
