Test Objective: This test verifies the operation of two modes of the PCS
software: the continuous raster scan and the step/dwell scan.
Verification will be performed to a level of accuracy which will support
the SV alignment activities. Performance will be evaluated for three
continuous scan rates and extreme step/dwell scenarios.
