The authors present 21 cm observations of galaxies in the region of the Coma-A1367 supercluster. It is shown that galaxies near the cluster center are hydrogen deficient while galaxies which are in between the two clusters have a normal hydrogen content. A crossing time of about 1.7×109 yr is defined by the radius of the region of transition between deficient and nondeficient galaxies and the cluster's velocity dispersion. The gas removed by stripping is a small fraction of the gas observed in the X-ray region.
