The Draconids meteor shower is caused by comets 21P/Giacobini-Zinner. Meteor storm were observed in 1933 and 1946. These events were fantastic displays and are remembered by all who observed them. Preliminary work shows that the Earth will encounter in the stream in October 2011. In this paper we will examine the circumstances of such an encounter in order to examine whether the meteor storm Morrison goal outburst is to be expected. Consequences in terms of physical properties of cometary dusts coming from comet 21P, observation priorities, as well as the risks for artificial satellite will be reviewed.
