We present observations and an analysis of the X-ray source 1RXS J0832.6-2525 which shows it to be a low field magnetic white dwarf with an unusual high mass. This is the second magnetic white dwarf for which a determination of a spectroscopic mass has been possible, and both stars belong to the growing class of ultramassive white dwarfs (M>=1.1Msolar).
