We present the results of 1H deep field survey with XMM-Newton and Chandra. We study X-ray properties of 224 X-ray sources detected in the course of 80 ks XMM-Newton and 115 ks Chandra observations. More than 90% of X-ray sources in our sample have optical/infrared counterparts brighter then R 26. We present results of optical identification of the sources detected during 1H deep field observations. We compare our results to the results of other deep field surveys.
