The central source of the supernova remnant PKS 1209--51/52 was observed with the Advanced CCD Imaging Spectrometer aboard Chandra X-ray observatory on 2000 January 6-7 in the Continuous Clocking mode. The discovery of a period, P=0.42412927 seconds, reported by Zavlin et al. (2000), shows that the source is a neutron star. This source was re-observed with Chandra on 2002 January 5-6 in the same mode. We will present the results of this observation and discuss the implication of the measured period derivative and the observed spectrum of this source.
