A 49-cm map of the source 1919 + 742 (previously catalogued as 4C74.24 and NB74.26) shows it to be a large double. Although the optical identification is unclear, there are several candidate objects near the source centroid which appear to be members of a small group of galaxies. The absence of bright identification candidates argues for a moderately distant, and hence intrinsically large (750 kpc overall size for z = 0.1) object. The spectrum between 80 and 600 MHz is determined, some intrinsic properties are derived, and these are briefly discussed in the context of other large sources.
