The Spitzer IRS offers 16 micron imaging with its Peak Up capability. We present a pilot study of 15 square arcminutes in non-contiguous pointings near the Hubble Deep Field North. A 3-sigma sensitivity of 100 microJy was achieved in most pointings, in two minute integration times. We detect more than 40 objects, including the 19 high significance ISOCAM sources that lie within our surveyed area. We compare these Spitzer data to HST and Chandra observations. We demonstrate the utility of large 16 micron imaging programs, in particular their significant contribution to the study of moderate redshift (z near unity) starbursts and AGN.
