Since mid-2007, we have been monitoring 1200 gamma-ray blazar candidates at 15 GHz with the 40-Meter Telescope at the Owens Valley Radio Observatory. These sources include the 1158 sources above -20 degrees declination from the Candidate Gamma-Ray Blazar Survey (CGRaBS) catalog. Our sources have been observed about twice per week, providing very well-sampled radio light curves. These light curves, now 24 months long, are being used to study radio variability, its relationship with observed optical properties, and to cross-correlate with gamma-ray observations from the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope. We focus here on details of the observation program, data reduction/calibration, and identification/mitigation of systematic effects that affect our observations. We also discuss our proposed VLBA follow-up observations of these sources.
