The structure, working parameters, functions and properties of the 13 mm cryogenically cooled receiver system installed at Urumqi 25 m radio telescope in China have been presented. The authors summarize its design idea and advantages. The noise temperature 50K of the receiver has been measured with the standard method in radio astronomy. The sensitivity 7 Jy in the integration time 900 s has been obtained by the spectroscopic observations of H2O maser emission.
