The 19 mag QSO (z = 0.964) 1107+036 lies ≡20arcsec from a 16.3 mag Sc galaxy (z = 0.030) with peculiar morphology. Radio, spectrographic, and photographic observations accumulated since 1974 are presented. The radio source is a widely separated double source with compact components and a centroid close to the QSO. The line of sight to the QSO passes 7.7 kpc (H0 = 100 km s-1 Mpc-1) from the galaxy. Arguments are given for and against an association of these two objects.
