Observations of 73 Seyfert galaxies at the wavelength of 3 m have been
carried out. Among them 5 Sy2 and 2 Sy1 galaxies turned out to be radio
sources. There are 6 Seyfert galaxies having scintillation components
with steep spectra. The linear sizes of the components are the same as
those of the compact components of far quasars.
