10 μm broad-band (N) observations have been made of several Magellanic Cloud supergiants. The brightest F/G types show strong excesses in 2 out of 5 cases. The S Dor type variable R 71, previously interpreted in the infrared as a free-free emitter, has strong 10 μm radiation probably from a cool dust shell. S Dor itself does not have such an excess. Those B supergiants known already to have dust shells are easily detected. The most luminous cloud member at B and V, R76, was not detected, nor was R81, a Be star with a high mass-loss rate. R84 (Wolf-Rayet with late-type companion) has a strong excess. R94, the brightest LMC star at K, was also not detected.
