A seven-sq deg area of the Cygnus X complex, centered on the IC 1318 region, has been mapped at 10.6 GHz with a resolution of 2.7 arcmin. Ten regions of enhanced radio emission have been investigated, and two of these are shown to be nonthermal. These are the Gamma Cygni source and its companion to the northwest (DR3). The source DR12 is possibly also nonthermal. All other sources in the region are thermal, including DR11 and G78.6+1.0, which have in the past been included in catalogs of supernova remnants.
