1) Dr. Gordon Sarty, University of Saskatchewan, Canada, has requested BVRI photometry of four High Mass X-ray Binaries (1936+541, J2030.5+4751, 2202+501, 2206+543) for the months of April and May, 2007. Dr. Sarty will be acquiring spectroscopy of the HMXBs to measure their radial velocities April 24 - May 2 and determine their orbital periods. The optical photometry will also be analyzed for other periods and variations. 2) Dr. Steve Howell (NOAO) and Dr. Donald Hoard (Spitzer Science Center) have requested time-series observations of the AM Herculis-type cataclysmic variable AR UMa for corralation with their upcoming Spitzer Space Telescope observations. 3) Further to AAVSO Alert Notice 345, continued observations are requested of the dwarf novae U Gem and SS Cyg in support of VLA and MERLIN target-of-opportunity radio observations by Dr. Christian Knigge, University of Southampton, UK, and colleagues. In this very difficult observing project, AAVSO observations must be made within 6 hours of outburst onset in order to trigger the radio observations, with the goal of detecting the brief radio emission spike coincident with the onset of a dwarf nova outburst. Data reported to the AAVSO may be found at www.aavso.org.
