Results are presented for optical observations of nebulae associated with the supernovae remnants VRO 42.05.01 and HB 9, and remnants with known expansion velocities are considered as the evolutionary sequence of homogeneous objects expanding in an interstellar medium with a different density. Two possible expansion velocities are obtained for VRO 42.05.01, and the age and kinetic energy of the ejected shell are calculated. The expansion velocity of HB 9 is obtained and its age and kinetic energy are calculated. The examined supernovae remnants include, in addition to the above, the Cygnus Loop, IC 443, the Monoceros and Crab Nebulae, HB 21, W 28, Puppis A, Vela X, Cassiopeia A, Tycho, and C 22, 59, and 147. The type of supernova explosion responsible for the observed remnants is discussed.
