The discovery of the Sgr dwarf and several moving groups in the Milky Way halo has posed the question: was the entire stellar halo accreted? We present early results of our "spaghetti" survey of the galactic halo that show clear evidence for sub-structure in the kinematics of halo dwarfs. The survey will sample 100 sq degrees with precision photometry, identifying halo giants out to 100 kpc and turnoff stars stars out to 15 kpc.
