RW Tri, an eclipsing binary, has been observed at the near-infrared wavelengths of 1.25 microns (J), 1.65 microns (H), and 2.2 microns (K), using an InSb photometer at the f/9 focus of a 3.8 infrared telescope, sited in Hawaii. The light curves are presented, which show a deep primary minimum whose depth decreases to longer wavelengths, and a shallow secondary minimum, not seen at optical wavelengths, at phase 0.5. Spectrum analysis indicates a self-consistent model in which the components are a K5 dwarf and a massive white dwarf surrounded by an optically thick disk of substantial physical thickness; infrared colors in and out of eclipse, and eclipse duration have been taken into consideration. The derived parameters are presented, and include: an outer edge disk temperature of 6000-8000 K, an orbit inclination of greater than 80 degrees, and a distance of 400 pc.
